Terms of Service

These terms apply to viagroup.ai and raif.it.com, and to taking part in the events VIA organises, including the Rome AI Festival.

Who we are

VIA — Visual Innovation Awards organises film and AI events across Europe. Contact us at info@viagroup.ai.

Using our websites

You may read, share and link to anything we publish. You may not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our sites or the systems behind them, and you may not scrape them in a way that degrades them for other people.

The text, design, programme information and images on our sites belong to VIA or to the filmmakers and partners who created them. Film stills and clips remain the property of their filmmakers. Do not reuse them commercially without asking.

Film submissions

Submissions to the Rome AI Festival are handled through FilmFreeway, and FilmFreeway’s own terms apply to the submission process. In addition:

Tickets and attendance

Tickets are issued through Eventbrite and their terms apply to the booking. A ticket admits you subject to venue capacity and the venue’s own rules. Programmes, guests and running order can change; we will publish changes as early as we can.

Our events are filmed and photographed. By attending you accept that you may appear in that material and that we may use it to document and promote the festival. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of the team at the venue.

Other people’s services

Our sites link to services we do not control, including FilmFreeway, Eventbrite, Luma and the platforms we publish on. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

No warranty, and the limits of our liability

Our websites and the information on them are provided as they are. We work to keep everything accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that a site will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. They are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Italy have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer in the country where you live.
